My client requires a Roofers Mate to join their repairs/maintenance team, based out of their Croydon office.

Key Accountabilities will include:

1. Undertake repair/renewal roofing works.
2. Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents, and line manager.
3. Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements.
4. Remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of skill area.
5. Work in partnership with other operatives to complete repairs when required.
6. Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job undertaken, via a PDA.

Requirements:

1. Driving License
2. Qualification - City & Guilds / NVQ in Roofing
3. Social Housing Experience
4. Willingness to learn and progress
