Roofer

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Chelmsford and Colchester. They are looking for experienced Roofers or a roofing team to become part of an ever-expanding and skilled team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Mixture of tile and slate roofing maintenance.
2. Occasional felt roof repairs.
3. Supervise labourer on site.
4. Complete multi-trade maintenance work as and when required.
5. To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner & comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
6. To understand & comply with policies and procedures.

Hours: Monday - Friday

Pay: £180 per day (CIS)

Van and tools required.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experienced in roofing.
2. General multi-trade knowledge.
3. A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures in this high-risk roofing environment.
