Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate: GBP22.62 per hour

Plus any overtime paid at GBP33.93

Location: North London

Working Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

My client is currently looking for a Roofer to work in social housing properties. This role is based in and around the Islington area and offers plenty of overtime paid at 1.5x the regular rate.

Day-to-day work will consist of reactive maintenance roles within these social housing properties. Being able to work alone or as part of a team is essential. You will be supplied with a company van and a fuel card for transportation to and from properties.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Full UK Driver's License
• Social Housing Experience
