We have 4 placements available within our Exterior Surface Centre at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.

It takes incredible craftsmanship to deliver Rolls-Royce quality, therefore making the paint finish perfect is vital for every Rolls-Royce. During your time in the team, you will learn all about working in an area that covers every aspect of Surface Finishing a Rolls-Royce vehicle. This includes automated paint application with precision robots and meticulous surface inspection, preparation and masking by highly skilled associates and detailing the products beyond the expectations and standards of our customers. You will work alongside our ambitious quality specialists who work non-stop in ensuring our body shop quality targets are met and issues found are steered back to our body manufacturing partners in Germany. Furthermore, you will also support our production team in achieving their daily production requirements.
