Field Care Supervisor

Location: Rochford and Southend On Sea

Salary: £13,200 per annum

Hours: 20 hours part time

Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Field Care Supervisor to join our team working 20 hours per week with the opportunity to pick up additional care hours paid separately.

Whether you are currently a Care and Support Worker looking for a new opportunity with a forward-thinking company or a Senior Care Assistant looking to progress within your career, we want to hear from you. All we ask is that candidates have previous hands-on experience within home care/on-call and hold a Full Driving Licence.

Care Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

• To carry out Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential customers.
• To carry out introductory visits.
• To ensure all customer visits are always covered. Hold the on-call phone to support the Care Assistants in case of any query and any calls to be covered.
• To provide and facilitate in-field training as and when appropriate.
• To monitor, supervise and mentor all Care Assistants in the field.
• To ensure that all written reports and administration are up to date.
• To maintain close liaison with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator.

Being part of a team with 2 other supervisors, there is a requirement to be part of the on-call rota which is scheduled in advance.

Experience:

• Care and Support worker: Experience (preferred).
• Senior Care Assistant and/or Care Supervisor: 1 year (preferred).

Licence/Certification:

• Full Driving Licence (preferred).
