Job Title: Robot Welder

Salary: £27,144 - £30,127.50 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 3 shifts: Morning, Afters and Nights

About the job:
- Perform daily pre-start checks according to site controls and code of practice.
- Operate and maintain advanced robotic welding machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
- Program robots and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficient production.
- Perform all touchpoint functions involved in robotic welding operations.
- Position and secure workpieces using proper equipment.
- Meet production schedules to the correct quality levels and within specified timeframes.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Team Leader.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
- Monitor products to ensure customer specifications are met, taking corrective action as needed.
About You:
- Experience in robotic welding within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of robot control interfaces with ancillary equipment.
- A flexible approach to adapt to changing and challenging requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- A focus on quality, consistently promoting its importance to others.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas.
