Salary: £27,144 - £30,127.50 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 3 shifts: Morning, Afters and Nights

We are delighted to be working with our client, a leading manufacturing business operating in an advanced manufacturing environment to ensure the efficient running of their state-of-the-art robotic machinery. About the job:

1. Perform daily pre-start checks according to site controls and code of practice.
2. Operate and maintain advanced robotic welding machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
3. Program robots and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficient production.
4. Perform all touchpoint functions involved in robotic welding operations.
5. Position and secure workpieces using proper equipment.
6. Meet production schedules to the correct quality levels and within specified timeframes.
7. Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Team Leader.
8. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards.
9. Monitor products to ensure customer specifications are met, taking corrective action as needed.

About You:

1. Experience in robotic welding within the manufacturing sector.
2. Strong understanding of robot control interfaces with ancillary equipment.
3. A flexible approach to adapt to changing and challenging requirements.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
5. A focus on quality, consistently promoting its importance to others.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas.
