Fantastic opportunity for a bright, focused, and ambitious Senior Roadshow Coordinator/Team Assistant to join a globally leading investment firm.
This well-renowned investment firm is seeking a Coordinator to be based in their client-facing investment division. You will be the first point of contact with investors, clients, Senior Associates, and Partners, coordinating their meetings, diaries, and extensive international travel around the globe.
If you are an Investor Relations Coordinator, Roadshow Coordinator, or Team Assistant who has supported with roadshows within Investor Relations and are keen to work in a highly organized role in a high-expectation and dynamic environment, then this is the perfect role for you!
To succeed, you will have 4 - 5+ years of experience. You will be focused on developing your secretarial career within an investment firm that has a massive presence in London.
In their non-deal division, you will be an individual who enjoys a team environment. Initially supporting a team, you can develop and hone your skills to eventually become a flawless Assistant/Coordinator.
To thrive in this role, you will be looking for a corporate environment, will be confident and proactive, and will thrive under pressure. As a Team Assistant, you will enjoy a challenge and be client-facing in your communication.

The successful Assistant must have a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the investment sector or professional services is a must, ideally in a fast-paced environment or with exposure as an Events Coordinator.
This is a 12-month opportunity. If you impress, there is an opportunity to become successful within the company.
