RN – Full Time, M-F No weekends No holidays!

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing support working closely with medical providers.
• Provides education, ongoing assessment, and support to patients.
• Triage and patient visits for Primary Care.
• Portal Message management.
• Nurse visits, education visits, scheduling in CB, administering vaccinations, prior authorization process approval, and prescription management.

Required Work Experience:

• Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Demonstrated interest in working with patients from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have competency in delivering exceptional nursing care and have proven success in partnering with both physicians and staff.

Schedule and Location

• Location – Mason Square Health Center – 11 Wilbraham Rd. Springfield MA
• Full Time Monday – Friday – No weekends No holidays!
• Sign On Bonus.
