Role Overview:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse at MPS Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. Working closely with the NHS Wales Health Boards, along with other healthcare facilities and institutions in Wales, you will provide your expertise and professionalism to ensure the well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions.
2. Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
3. Administer medication and monitor its effectiveness, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
4. Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to promote mental health recovery and stability.
5. Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, offering support and education to patients and their families.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.
8. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Valid and active NMC Registration.
2. 6 Months proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with mental health expertise.
3. Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
