Are you an experienced Ward Manager ready to make a difference in mental health rehabilitation? Our client is seeking a dedicated RMN Ward Manager to lead their 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team focused on empowering men with complex mental health needs.


This role offers a competitive salary of up to £47,000 per year, with family friendly hours working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You'll enjoy 33 days of holiday, including bank holidays, and benefit from paid handovers and NMC registration coverage. As a RMN Ward Manager, you will:

  4. Ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices.
  5. Foster a therapeutic environment for patients with complex mental health needs.
