An established industry player is seeking a dedicated RMN for a mental health rehabilitation hospital. We are recruiting for a RMN for a mental health rehabilitation and recovery hospital.
Set within a safe and therapeutic environment, the hospital is a 32 bedded locked service, supporting two different service user groups:
Enabling patients with dementia and mental health to receive a truly integrated and holistic approach to their treatment and care, regardless of complexity or severity, thanks to the knowledge and expertise of our multidisciplinary clinical teams.
The post holder will provide day-to-day nursing input on the wards and will receive clinical supervision and support in professional development and CPD.
Salary £39,847 per annum

The above role will be primarily focused around the effective delivery of clinical care and working towards improving standards within the clinical areas of the service on the neuro-cognitive disorders/dementia ward.
The role of the Deputy Ward Manager is to provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the Ward Manager.
They will have clinical experience and leadership that provides expertise and confidence to the nursing team and ward overall.
They will have defined delegated responsibilities from the Ward Manager.
Nurses play a vital leadership role on the ward – coordinating our efforts, maintaining quality standards, responding creatively to new challenges and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care at all times. That brings variety and responsibility, of course, but it also offers you tremendous scope to use your initiative and develop your skills. You will work as an integral and respected member of the wider medical care team, and your ideas and experience will help to develop best practice and enhance the quality of patient care.
