An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Risk Manager to join their Risk & Compliance team. Working within the Risk & Compliance team and reporting to the Senior Risk Manager, the function of the Risk Manager is to assist in the development of the company management system, ensuring that general quality, health, safety, and environmental risks are adequately managed throughout the business. This includes highlighting potential risks and methods of mitigation or solutions to the management team. The Risk Manager will work with operational teams to ensure that risk is correctly managed in accordance with company standards and ongoing adherence to the company's management system across the existing contract base.
The Risk Manager will educate, train, mentor, and assist operational teams to ensure company standards are adhered to through internal auditing, monitoring, and reviewing of the management system. They will also champion and promote the importance of risk management throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate should have a formal H&S qualification and a formal technical education in mechanical/electrical discipline or experience within facilities/building services.
