What You’ll Do

Lead & Innovate in Capital & Liquidity Stress Testing: Develop cutting-edge stress-testing models that drive business resilience.

Shape Regulatory Strategy: Influence policies, frameworks, and stress tests aligned with UK & European regulations.

Be a Board-Level Advisor: Present insights and recommendations to senior management, committees & the Board.

Foster a Risk-Aware Culture: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure risk is at the forefront of decision-making.

Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of risk insights.

What You Bring

Risk & Regulatory Expertise – Deep knowledge of capital, liquidity, operational, rate and prudential risks. (ICAPP, ILAAP & RRP)

Strong Analytical Skills – Experience developing or validating stress-testing models and analyzing complex financial data.

Leadership & Influence – Proven ability to manage stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and communicate risk insights effectively.

Innovation & Problem-Solving – Ability to adapt to changing regulations and business needs with pragmatic solutions.

Tech & Data Proficiency – Strong skills in Microsoft Office, SAS, Alteryx, VBA.
