Job description

I am seeking an experienced Risk Manager to work with a leading brand in the Lloyd's market. You will contribute to the successful development and execution of a comprehensive global risk framework, ensuring key risks are well understood and effectively managed within risk appetite. The role offers an excellent opportunity to provide robust risk management oversight and insights.

Responsibilities:

• Define and regularly monitor the annual risk management and coordinated assurance plans.
• Foster an effective risk culture and deliver training to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, responding promptly to ad hoc requests and supporting special projects.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the risk governance structure and support the Executive Risk Committee in alignment with its terms of reference.
• Produce high-quality risk analysis reports for internal committees, external stakeholders, and regulators.

• Proven experience in a high-performing team, delivering successful risk management outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Line management experience, including mentoring and developing team members.
• Comprehensive knowledge of risk management frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in producing and presenting complex reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
