Gray Construction is seeking a Risk Management Specialist I, to be based in the Lexington, KY office. Knowledge of property and casualty insurance as it relates to the construction industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or minimum two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The selected candidate must have excellent organizational and time management skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of property and casualty insurance as it relates to the construction industry, or a related field, is required. Must have basic business mathematical skills and the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as contracts and insurance policies. Must have the ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of variables.
