An established industry player is seeking a Risk Management Analyst/Associate to join their EMEA Risk Governance team in London. This pivotal role involves engaging with UK and European regulators, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations, and supporting large-scale remediation projects. The role will reside within the EMEA Firm Risk Management's Risk Governance team. The role is responsible for supporting the Risk Division's engagement with the UK and European regulators. This includes providing independent review and challenge of all regulatory submissions and providing advice and support to large-scale regulatory remediation projects with respect to regulatory expectations. The role is responsible for regulatory engagement on a wide range of topics, including credit risk and traded risks, and will collaborate with teams across regions.
Firm Risk Management (FRM) supports Morgan Stanley to achieve its business goals by partnering with business units across the Firm to realise efficient risk-adjusted returns, acting as a strategic advisor to the Board and protecting the Firm from exposure to losses as a result of credit, market, liquidity, operational, model and other risks.
