Risk and Controls Manager

We are working with a leading global insurance brand to find a talented Risk Manager to join their London-based risk team reporting directly to the CRO.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enhancing and embedding the enterprise risk management framework across multiple legal entities, while working closely with senior leadership and contributing to global initiatives.

The role will involve:

1. Supporting risk governance, reporting, and internal control processes
2. Partnering with business teams to assess and manage operational risk
3. Contributing to group-wide risk projects and regulatory deliverables

We’re looking for someone with:

1. 5 + years risk experience
2. Experience in insurance, ideally in the London Market
3. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
4. A collaborative mindset and proactive approach to driving risk culture
