Headquartered in London, our client is a leading asset management group with an excellent track record, institutional investor base and offices throughout Europe and the US. The firm manages in excess of $20bn in AUM and deploys capital through several investment strategies.

This role is a key addition to the firm's ESG team which will work closely with the internal finance team to help manage ESG risk within the firm's investments and also internally. Day-to-day tasks include:

  1. Assessing the ESG risks for portfolio companies and potential investments, engaging third-party specialist support as required
  2. Responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for investors, management and leverage providers
  3. Collating and analysing both public and private data sources in relation to ESG considerations
  4. Building reports and dashboards for use in monitoring ESG portfolio performance
  5. Liaising with the Investor Relations team to produce marketing materials in relation to ESG performance, as well as answering ad-hoc investor requests.

The successful candidate will be a university graduate with some experience working for a sustainability/ESG division within a 'Big 4 Accounting firm or other relevant management/strategy consulting firm. Alternatively, you must be working within credit risk or ESG within a Financial Services firm in London.
