The Penguin Random House Rights teams help our authors go global. We work to sell PRH UK’s books into other markets and channels including:
As Rights Sales Associate, you’ll take charge of a wide range of administrative and sales tasks to support a fast-paced team, as well as work on group-wide projects. You will manage several projects at any one time and work to deadlines that enable the team to deliver a high quality of service to our customers. You’ll work on rights projects for many of our leading authors and will liaise with a variety of internal colleagues as well as connecting with key customers.
The Rights Sales Associate role provides a fantastic grounding in the business of publishing. Working on some of the biggest names in fiction and non-fiction, you'll begin to acquire the key skills required for a successful career in Rights and beyond, including negotiation, selling, teamwork, publishing systems, and much more.
