1 YEAR Skilled Worker Sponsorship for Transfer / Switch only

Requirements: Must be a Driver with own car, Female and live near Twickenham and Richmond.

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

• Female caregiver with 3-5 years Care assistant experience.
• Be available for early mornings, evenings and alternative weekends (this is to fulfil contracted hours).
• Must be a confident driver with a valid driver’s license and access to own car.
• Have a genuine passion to want to help others.
• Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English (Test evidence required).
• Police clearance checks.

Duties will include:

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day.
• Personal care.
• Administering medication.
• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing.
• Shopping.
• Housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Taking Clients for appointments or outings.

The current sponsorship process time can be anything from 8 - 12 weeks due to Home Office administration.

Locations: We have clients in Twickenham & Richmond territory and travelling is required. We would prefer candidates in these locations, but should you be out of these areas and you are happy to relocate, then you can apply. We unfortunately are unable to support with relocation at this time.
