Job Title: Rigging Supervisor

Department: Rigging

Location: S.W.London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of technicians, ensuring our rigging assets for rental are prepared and maintained to the highest standards. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills. You will be part of exciting projects in the entertainment industry, where your contributions will have a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and inspire a team of technicians.
2. Rigging Maintenance & Prep: Oversee the preparation, maintenance, and repair of rigging equipment to ensure the highest standards.
3. Safety & Efficiency: Ensure safety, efficiency, and smooth collaboration across the team and with other departments.

1. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of rigging equipment and techniques in the entertainment industry.
2. Experience in Hire Environment: Proven background in a hire environment, with attention to detail and adherence to processes and standards.
3. People Management: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively.
4. Customer-Focused: A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
