RFP Manager

Millennium Hotel and Resorts UK is recruiting for an RFP Manager. The RFP Manager will create and distribute all Corporate and Consortium RFP submissions and coordinate the responses from our hotels.

They will provide the business with an accurate picture of the performance of the accounts that go out to tender within the portfolio and ensure sales data is provided for accurate management reports.

RFP Manager responsibilities:

• Collect all rate information and send responses to clients in a timely fashion
• Distribute renegotiations to relevant hotels and send the renegotiation responses to clients
• Update and distribute rate loading instructions to relevant hotels
• Respond to all RFP queries from Hotels and clients
• Check clients’ T&Cs against hotels' submissions and set and adhere to internal deadlines
• Monitor & collate hotel completions (spreadsheets) and Rate Audits
• Create unsolicited lists and encourage hotel participation / RFP Growth
• Complete EU rate-loading forms
• Data Collection
