Exciting Opportunity for a Reward Specialist (12-14 Months Interim). I am proud to be working with a fast-paced, proactive, leading distribution organisation, who are seeking an experienced Reward Specialist or HR Analyst to join their busy team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and supporting various reward processes, ensuring data accuracy, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Annual Salary Review for management and support colleagues, ensuring data is provided and processed accurately and on time.
- Review manual Annual Salary Review spreadsheets to identify potential errors or disputes.
- Own and update data within the MyRewards system daily.
- Private Medical Insurance (PMI) Renewal:
- Provide Finance and Payroll with accurate data for charges and P11D values.
- Communicate effectively with employees and log all data returns and amendments accurately.
- Annual Bonus Review:
- Support the Head of Rewards in coordinating the annual bonus review.
- Gender Pay Gap Reporting:
- Manage the Gender Pay Gap reporting, ensuring legal compliance.
- Provide gap analysis and present proposals to business leaders.
- Work with external suppliers to prepare the final report and update HMRC.
- External Salary Survey Submissions:
- Complete annual data submissions to Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, and XpertHR with high data accuracy.
- Life Assurance Data Analysis:
- Conduct annual life assurance data analysis for external brokers.
- Liaise with UKHR team members and managers to obtain long-term absence details.
- BUPA Renewal Process:
- Own the annual BUPA renewal process for members.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and monitor membership data.
- Monthly/Quarterly Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate data for Finance and Payroll for monthly PMI joiners and amendments.
- Manage data within the Rewards gateway, ensuring monthly data audits.
- Analyse life assurance data quarterly for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly data audits for company car and HR data.
- Policy and Procedure Updates:
- Update policies and write procedures related to company benefits.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Reward Specialist or HR Analyst / HR MI role.
- Advanced user of MS Excel, experienced at using pivot tables and V look-ups.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
