HR Rewards Specialist
Up to £55,000 per annum
Excellent benefits including 10% bonus
Working within FMCG
Hybrid working - 3 days a week in their West London offices and 2 days remote


The HR Reward Specialist is required for a leading well-known global FMCG brand who have state of the art offices in West London near to Hammersmith. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of this forward thinking, exciting company.


We are looking for an experienced Reward Specialist who has previous experience within gender pay gap analysis, salary surveys, and compensation and benefits ideally with a background in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing.


As a Reward Specialist, you will be based in the Chiswick office 3 days a week with 2 days remote working. The role is permanent with a competitive salary of up to £55,000 per annum plus bonus and great benefits.


What will this role achieve?

The Rewards Specialist will be responsible for supporting a high-quality service to the wider business and managing the Compensation, Benefits, and Wellbeing offering alongside the Head of Rewards Manager and the wider HR Team. The Rewards Specialist will support the delivery of our total reward strategic plans:


  1. Support the implementation and maintenance of total reward practices, processes, and procedures.
  2. Support the delivery of year-end salary and bonus review.
  3. Partner across the business functions and external partners to drive compliance, education, and best practices.
  4. Submit annual salary benchmarking using Korn Ferry & Mercer.
  5. Coordinate and report on the monthly benefit administration activity.
  6. Work with key stakeholders and vendors to support and enhance the Total Rewards Strategy.
  7. Assist the Head of Total Rewards with the annual benefit renewal process, including making recommendations for new benefits, assisting with proposals, helping with the integration of any new benefits, updating internal portal, policy and intranet pages, and working with systems team to ensure timely and accurate renewal changes.
  8. Support and coordinate wellbeing initiatives alongside the Wellbeing Coordinator, including coming up with ideas, content, and planning for the wellbeing roadmap.
  9. Analysis of Gender, Ethnic Pay Gap and support with EU Pay Transparency.
  10. Analysis of pay data for the business, functions, and pay ranges.
  11. Serve as point of contact for reward queries from the HR Team, payroll, and the wider business.

Essential skills and experience

  1. Experience with Workday HRIS and benefits platforms.
  2. Knowledge of Reward Analytics.
  3. At least 2 years' experience within a Reward/Comps & Bens role.
  4. Able to work towards deadlines and prioritise efficiently.
  5. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Desirable

  1. Power BI.
  2. Knowledge of gender pay reporting.
  3. Pay Equity reporting.
  4. Work with Union negotiations.
