In this critical role within the Regulatory Reward and Governance team, you’ll support the design and implementation of executive and regulatory reward strategy and policy. You’ll work closely with your Performance and Reward colleagues and your Senior Manager on the remuneration governance cycle, including drafting papers for Remuneration Committee (RemCo).
This will give you exposure to senior stakeholders across the bank as well as Company Secretary and Non-Executive Directors. You’ll also collaborate with your HR Performance and Reward colleagues on cyclical and project activity across our centre of expertise, including pay policy, performance management, pensions and benefits.

This role is based in Milton Keynes.
We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
