Reward Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Rewards Manager to lead reward initiatives, providing advice and counsel to teams and managers on compensation matters, supporting development opportunities aligned with industry best practices.
About the Role
The Reward Manager is a critical role in the execution of our total reward strategy and the delivery of our annual processes, including pay and bonus reviews. The role will lead on market benchmarking, providing advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and senior leaders, ensuring our approach is balanced between the business needs, and the retention and attraction of top talent. The role will proactively contribute to the development of our total reward strategy as part of our Employee Value Proposition.
About You
You are a specialist in reward matters with a deep understanding of industry best practices. With strong business acumen, you can effectively link business strategy to people practices. Your analytical skills enable you to dive into the details while keeping sight of the bigger picture.
