About the role

As a Reward Associate, you'll play a key role in analyzing, implementing, and evolving EQT's global compensation programs. You'll partner closely with our Reward Vice Presidents and collaborate with the Head of Reward and colleagues across HR to support critical processes such as annual compensation cycles, performance rewards, and employee co-investment schemes. If you enjoy combining analysis with impact - this role offers both.
Key responsibilities

  • Support the annual compensation cycle
  • Responsible for day to day management of HRIS system (Workday)
  • Support rollout and management of employee equity and coinvest programs
  • Create dashboards and analysis in excel and power bi to inform decision making
  • Develop high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to global compensation projects beyond the annual cycles - pay integration and compensation comparisons following acquisitions
  • Prepare bonus and equity calculations in line with eligibility policies and business events.
  • Contribute to drafting Compensation Committee and Remuneration Committee papers, under guidance from senior team members.
  • Respond to ad hoc benchmarking requests for new hires and internal role evaluations.
  • Build and maintain simple models to support compensation planning and scenario analysis.
  • Be a go-to expert on compensation-related queries, supporting HR and other teams with timely insights.
About You

You're someone who thrives on structure, takes initiative, and loves to solve complex challenges with data. You're naturally collaborative, and your service-oriented mindset means you enjoy helping others make sense of the numbers. You're not just passionate about compensation - you see how it connects to the broader employee experience.
Desired skills and experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation or reward, either in-house or in a consultancy role.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on data integrity and quality.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills, confident managing, analyzing and visualizing data
  • Experience in compensation analysis and market benchmarking using external survey data.
  • Prior experience in reward, with a solid understanding of compensation structures and principles.
  • Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively through PowerPoint and other presentation formats.
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys diving into data and translating findings into action.
  • Excellent communicator who can present complex information in a clear and engaging way
  • Comfortable working with Workday system and/or familiarity with McLagan's compensation survey tools
