Frazer Jones are working with one of the most innovative and forward-thinking law firms to find a Reward & Benefits Analyst to join their growing HR & Reward team.

You’ll be responsible for monitoring and providing analysis on all areas of reward including benefits but with a focus on compensation issues, including market trends, compensation structures, compensation assessments in all business areas, benchmarking, and talent acquisition. Duties will include:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Reward Analyst looking for a new challenge where they can grow and develop, or a HR Assistant/Coordinator with some experience helping on the reward & benefits side, and looking to specialise in this area.
Ideal candidates will have gained experience within a commercial environment, be highly analytically minded, have advanced Excel skills, and hopefully be familiar with using an HR system.
