Revit Technician

The Role:

I currently have the pleasure of working with a growing, design led architectural practice based outside of York with a strong project portfolio of healthcare projects. They are currently looking to grow their team and have a vacancy for a Revit Technician with a passion for technical excellence and a keen interest in healthcare architecture. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful, real-world designs that directly impact the communities they serve — from hospitals and clinics to specialist care facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the technical delivery of healthcare projects at various RIBA stages
• Producing accurate Revit models, technical drawings, and coordinated design packages
• Collaborating with Architects, Technologists, and wider consultants
• Ensuring designs comply with building regulations, healthcare standards, and client specifications
• Attending project meetings and contributing to the development of design solutions

Qualifications:

• Strong Revit proficiency with a portfolio of technical work to demonstrate
• Experience working within the healthcare sector (preferred but not essential)
• Understanding of UK building regulations and technical standards
• Excellent communication and team-working skills
• Must be able to work in the York office full-time (Monday to Friday)
