Revenues Team Leader

Are you a Revenues Team Leader looking for work remotely from home?

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client is looking to recruit a Revenues Team Leader to provide support throughout a busy period.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35 and will offer full time home working.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

1. Support a Revenues Manager in all aspects of managing a council tax team including the Billing, Collection of Council Tax and Business Rates.
2. Deal with customer accounts, queries, and complaints including written correspondence and phone calls.
3. Manage the team and monitor performance in accordance with legislation and key performance indicators.
4. Plan, prioritise, and manage staff resources.
5. Work alongside the Revenues Manager to implement procedures which will ensure effective collection.
6. Deal with enquiries by telephone, face to face, and written correspondence on all queries related to Council Tax.
7. Train and develop all team members.
