Revenues and Benefits Systems Officer

Are you a Revenues and Benefits Systems Officer or Consultant with specialist knowledge of the Civica OPENRevenues system?

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in the West Midlands is looking to recruit a Revenues and Benefits Systems Officer or Consultant who is able to write and test PTC scheduler automation functionality.

This assignment has been deemed outside of IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Use the Civica OPENRevenues Revenues and Benefits System
2. Write and test PTC functionality
3. Ensure all systems used by the Revenues and Benefits Service are operational and functioning correctly
4. Monitor system output and investigate as well as solve any discrepancies
5. Identify and rectify any faults that have arisen due to system error or user input
6. Assist staff with system requests, generating reports to management in the process
7. Assist staff with systems queries, resolving any problems or concerns they may have
8. Deliver systems training to new and existing members of staff across the Revenues and Benefits Department
9. Provide support on, and identify, system improvements
10. Review processes to improve system efficiency and to identify system developments
