Job description

Role: Revenues Officer
Type: Temporary, Full-time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £22 per hour (umbrella)

Location: Warwickshire
Fully Remote (equipment collection required)

Sellick Partnership is partnering with Local Authority to recruit a Revenues Officer on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension.

The Responsibilities of the Revenues Officer will be:
  1. Administer and manage council tax and business rates accounts
  2. Handle billing, payments, and customer queries efficiently
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and council policies
  4. Support debt recovery processes and liaise with stakeholders.

The Ideal candidate for the Revenues Officer role will have:
  1. Proven experience in revenues administration
  2. Strong knowledge of council tax and business rates regulations
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  5. Desirable: experience using Civica Open Revenues system.
