Drive Nutrition Category Pricing, Pack Price and Mix Management agenda to enable business NR growth by delivering sustainable net revenue realization and flowthru through SDD and AOP horizon.
Responsibilities
Work with Foods NRM Associate Director to develop multi-year Nutrition pricing roadmap for SDD, with solid fact-based analysis and clear financial implications.
Develop specific Nutrition pricing and pack price execution plan for AOP with full alignment from cross-functional teams.
Take lead on Nutrition pricing and pack price initiatives from end to end (opportunity identification → business case assessment → driving decision making from leadership team → design on execution plan → initiative implementation → post tracking) while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., category team, commercial team, finance team, etc.).
Identify opportunities to optimize current Nutrition pack price architecture to enable more balanced growth for both topline and bottomline (e.g., customized pack for emerging channels, channel differentiation pack solutions, etc.).
Champion regular revenue management tracking system (both internal and external price/mix tracking) and support Foods NRM Associate Director to facilitate Sales Council/Foods Council for decision making.
Help establish and drive better Revenue Management principles and guardrails for Foods business (e.g., NPD, IPAR Pricing Principle).
Work closely with category finance and be the Gate Keeper for all P&L assessments related to innovation and IPAR, ensuring compliance and AOP profit target delivery.
Support Global/Sector NRM team on routine activities, and support NRM Director to better cultivate RM culture in the organization across BU and MU.
Qualifications
6+ years working experience with 3+ years in revenue management, corporate finance, or related functions; a combination of commercial experience preferred.
Excel at data handling and analysis based on both organized data and ambiguous data.
Proficient in corporate finance knowledge, especially P&L.
Capable of project management and strategic planning.
