Retrofit Coordinator – Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

We are seeking a highly skilled Retrofit Coordinator to help drive sustainable housing initiatives and support the transition to net-zero homes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the full delivery of the PAS2035 process, ensuring compliance with retrofit best practices
2. Manage multiple retrofit coordination schemes, including SHDF, LAD, and ECO funding projects
3. Provide accurate energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP calculations
4. Handle the PAS2035 lodgement process on TrustMark
5. Ensure compliance with retrofit assessment and retrofit project management standards
6. Work closely with retrofit assessors, retrofit designers, and retrofit contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
7. Stay updated on the latest retrofit funding opportunities and government grants for energy efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

1. Certified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor
2. Previous experience in retrofit coordination jobs, overseeing home energy efficiency projects
3. Knowledge of PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 regulations
4. Familiarity with retrofit funding schemes and grant applications
5. Strong understanding of low-carbon technologies, heat pumps, and solar PV installation
6. Full UK driving license
