Job Purpose:

Following a period of sustained growth over the last 4 years, we require a Retrofit Coordinator to add technical capacity to our team in order to ensure projects are delivered safely and to a high standard. The purpose of the role is to support retrofit projects in adherence with PAS 2035 throughout the UK.

We want to hear from candidates with a broad range of experience - we value potential as well as experience. The successful candidate will have strong technical qualities, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support with assessment, coordination and design tasks on all retrofit projects.
  2. Work with the Directors to ensure strong operational and commercial performance.
  3. Provide clients with informed advice and support, as well as assurance that projects are being effectively managed.
  4. Develop and implement new processes throughout the delivery team(s) to ensure continuous improvement and adherence with changing guidance, i.e. PAS, RdSAP/SAP, WH:SHF.
  5. Management of internal staff and external sub-consultants.
  6. Provide technical content for sales and marketing activities such as bids.
  7. Embed a quality-focussed approach and strong Health & Safety culture within the delivery team(s).

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  1. Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Desirable)
  2. Qualified Retrofit Coordinator (Essential)
  3. Experience completing Retrofit Designs (Desirable)
  4. Full UK driving licence with own vehicle (Essential)
  5. Experience using MS Office, i.e. word, excel & outlook (Essential)
