Our client is looking for a Retrofit Contract/Project Manager to join its growing team, based in Folkestone, Kent.
The ideal individual for this position will be able to demonstrate experience in managing retrofit projects, with a strong knowledge of the industry standards and regulations. You will be able to communicate effectively with site teams, upper management, and clients alike. A strong knowledge of temporary works procedures and general construction methods will also be beneficial.
The Role will include:
- Leading on retrofit contracts from inception to completion, ensuring requirements and budgets are met.
- Day-to-day management of site operations to meet deadlines/targets.
- Reading and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
- Understanding and implementing health and safety, and welfare policies - including undertaking inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
- Leading on team meetings to monitor and improve on performance and operational delivery. Delivering company updates where necessary.
- Ensuring the overall delivery of the retrofit solution in line with Stakeholders' requirements, including overseeing everything from wall and loft insulation to energy-efficient solutions within ventilation, glazing, and M&E.

Desirable/Beneficial:
- Retrofit Coordinator/Retrofit Assessor qualification
- Experience delivering retrofit work programmes
- Experience with project/technical management of M&E systems/Heat networks
