We are currently looking for a dedicated, cheerful individual with strong leadership and team player skills to join our team. As a supervisor, you will lead, coach, and motivate the team while supporting the management team.

What will my role look like?

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store in the management’s absence. You will use your managerial skills to ensure that the team operates smoothly, promotes sales, increases profitability, and ensures customer satisfaction.

What would my main responsibilities be?

• Upsell products and promote offers.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
• Assist the Store Manager with deliveries, banking, and administrative duties.
• Report any store or employee issues to the Store Manager.
• Ensure colleagues comply with uniform regulations.
• Supervise colleagues and delegate responsibilities when needed.
• Assist in the training and development of new and existing colleagues.
• Ensure the store is well merchandised by keeping an accurate record of stocks and wastage.
• Check current fuel volumes, stock at site, and delivery plans to meet target fuel stock holding.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Assist with any customer inquiries.
• Adhere to Challenge 25 policies on age-restricted items and checking and logging IDs.
