Role overview

Are you a Retail Store Manager interested in working with one of the UK's leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?

The Vision Express store in Newbury is currently looking for its next Retail Store Manager to support the joint venture partner to lead a team of 5 retail colleagues, a resident optometrist and regular locum optometrists. This store is located on a busy high street with high footfall and has potential for business growth.

As a Retail Store Manager at Vision Express, you'll be responsible for leading the culture of your store, accountable for the management of day-to-day operations, and motivating and inspiring your team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.
