We Are Redefining How People Approach Their Health

ZOE is the science and nutrition company leading a movement to transform the health of millions.

We exist because the food we eat is making us sick. Most of what we are taught about food is wrong.

ZOE runs the world’s largest nutrition science study to find scientifically proven solutions.

Our randomised controlled trial of ZOE proves that if you eat the right food for your body, you can feel healthier in weeks and be on track for more healthy years.

ZOE can change the way you eat, feel, and live. We host world-leading scientists on our podcast and bring proven science to your plate with Daily30+, our 30+ plant supplement.

Over 100,000 people rely on ZOE Membership, our personalised nutrition program, to make smarter food choices. ZOE Membership turns complex science into clear step-by-step actions, helping you improve your health with every meal.

ZOE means life — and you can change your life with food.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Retail Partnership Manager with a sharp commercial mindset and a passion for bringing science-backed products to consumers. In this high-impact role, you’ll be at the forefront of ZOE’s Daily30 retail expansion—leading our partnership with Waitrose while unlocking new opportunities across supermarkets and retail channels.

This is your chance to shape strategy, drive growth, and make a real impact as we scale. From negotiating top-tier retail listings to ensuring standout in-store execution, you’ll be a key player in making Daily30 a household name.

You’ll report directly to the General Manager of Daily30, collaborating with operations, supply chain, and our S&OP team to make sure we scale successfully and seamlessly in retail.

Please note: This is not a sales role. It focuses on managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners rather than generating new business. As such, this position does not include commission or bonus as part of the compensation package.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Own and manage the day-to-day relationship with our key account, Waitrose, ensuring we exceed performance targets and retail KPIs.
  • Develop and execute an ambitious retail growth strategy across UK grocery and high street retailers.
  • Lead expansion into new retail partners — from identifying opportunities, pitching with confidence, and negotiating winning deals.
  • Work closely with the operations and supply chain team to guarantee seamless forecasting and product availability and delivery into retailers.
  • Work with marketing and in-store teams to deliver compelling campaigns and drive velocity on shelf.
  • Analyse retail performance and category data to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Create compelling sales tools, retailer decks, and promotional strategies that set ZOE apart.
  • Drive customer insights for the retail channel.
  • Create the retail to D2C communications flow to ensure we incentivise and communicate to retail customers to subscribe on zoe.com.
  • Champion the voice of retail within ZOE, bringing customer insights back to shape our product and go-to-market strategy.

We think this role would be a great fit if you…

  • Have 3+ years experience in account management, ideally in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, supplements, or health & wellness categories.
  • Have managed and grown UK retail accounts — ideally including Waitrose or other major grocery retailers.
  • Are confident in commercial negotiations and can lead these from modelling to agreement.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and is excited to build something from the ground up.
  • Have experience working cross-functionally with ops, marketing, and product teams.
  • Are passionate about health, science, and consumer well-being.
  • Proactive, organised, and thrives when managing multiple priorities.

If you’re ready to help bring ZOE to even more people and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today and let’s shape the future of health together.

The experience, skills, and attributes listed above reflect what we believe will contribute to success in this role. If you're passionate about ZOE and the opportunity, but don't meet 100% of the criteria, we still encourage you to apply. We are committed to supporting growth and are happy to offer up-skilling opportunities where possible.

Remote Philosophy

ZOE is a remote-first company, meaning remote work isn’t just an option — it’s how we work best. We are intentional about building a distributed, high-performing team where collaboration, trust, and flexibility thrive.

We design our workflows around asynchronous communication and shared documentation to support autonomy, focus, and cross-timezone collaboration. While our teams work independently, connection and teamwork remain central to how we operate — through regular rituals, meaningful virtual interactions, and in-person gatherings every quarter.

Compensation Philosophy

We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation that reflects the value of each role and aligns with regional labor market standards. Our approach to compensation goes beyond just base salary — we offer a comprehensive package that includes base pay and stock options, ensuring that every team member is rewarded for their contributions to the company’s growth and success.

Benefits & Perks

We understand the significant role our benefits play in motivating, inspiring and safeguarding our employees' well-being. Our benefits strategy is thoughtfully designed to echo our mission and values, recognising the diverse needs arising from different life stages of our ZOEntists.

Equal opportunities

We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive team where every individual can bring their authentic self to work. We believe that this is key to our success and are dedicated to positively impacting the tech industry.
