Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager

Our client is looking for a dynamic Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager to elevate the in-store experience across 450+ stores in 8 countries within the Hair and Beauty industry. This person will lead retail marketing, visual merchandising, and PoS strategies, ensuring every store visit aligns with the company and boosts customer engagement.

Offering an impressive salary of up to £65,000 in a Hybrid role, covering costs of necessary travel plus private health care.

Responsibilities as a Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager:

  1. Own and refine store blueprints, collaborate with development teams on new stores and refits, and optimise equipment solutions that enhance the in-store experience cost-effectively.
  2. Develop PoS materials that captivate, with seamless production and on-time delivery. Ensure consistency across regions with accurate translations and localised adaptations.
  3. Define and enforce VM standards across formats, coordinate with the team on layout updates, and implement impactful merchandising displays that elevate product visibility.
  4. Manage budgets strategically to maximise impact, ensuring efficient spend on all campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements as a Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager

  1. 10+ years in retail marketing with hands-on experience in PoS, visual merchandising, and store marketing.
  2. Proven ability to tailor strategies for diverse markets while maintaining brand unity.
  3. Strong leadership with a knack for developing high-impact teams and streamlined processes.
