• Demonstrable retail management experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and elevate a sales team.
• A customer-first approach, with a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and financial principles relevant to the retail automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with managing automotive financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large sales team specialising in new and approved used Mercedes-Benz, AMG, and Smart car brands.
• Drive the team to achieve sales targets, maximize customer satisfaction, and meet finance and insurance objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that boost dealership performance.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and success.
• Effectively manage customer leads, supporting the sales team to propose and close sales.
