Job description

We're looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 12 hours per week. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
2. Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
3. Representing a major High Street brand and maintaining a positive brand image
4. Handling cash and operating the cash register
5. Complying with Health and Safety regulations
