Hours: Monday – Saturday, Shift rotation basis
We are looking for people to join us in our West Brom Retail Hub, where you will interact with customers through face to face, telephony, and live chat.
Don’t worry if you don’t have previous experience in the energy industry, as all of this is covered in our comprehensive induction at our Head Office in Chandlers Ford, (all expenses paid).
Although this role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, you will need to attend our Chandlers Ford office for a 4-week period, to ensure you have all the knowledge and tools to support our customers.

Your ability to adapt will enable you to move between different customer contact, whether this is face to face, live chat or on the phone supporting as an overflow to our contact centre.
Previous experience in a customer-focused role, either face to face or telephony is advantageous.
