We are recruiting for O2 Retail Advisors across central London in the following locations: Wandsworth, Tottenham Court Road, The Strand, Stratford Westfield, Stratford Centre, O2 at The O2, Kings Road, Kensington High Street, Islington, Hammersmith, Fulham Broadway, Colliers Wood, Brixton, 351 Oxford Street and 120 Oxford Street.

Full time, part time and fixed term contract positions available.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming customers with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Building rapport to understand their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Showcasing our innovative products and meeting performance goals.
• Helping to maintain an inviting and organised store environment.

• Confidence, communication skills, and a passion for delivering great service.
• Resilience and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
• Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and customer demands.
• An open mind, ready to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail setting.

The Other Stuff We Are Looking For:

• A genuine interest in technology and how it can make life better.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service (though not essential).
• A proactive attitude and team spirit to thrive in a collaborative environment.
