About Us

The Wholeness Pod is a wellness centre dedicated to providing advanced, tech-led therapies to support individuals on their health and healing journey. We offer treatments such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Cryotherapy, Far Infrared Sauna, and Light Therapy to assist with a range of conditions, from chronic pain to recovery and overall well-being.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Wellness Therapist to operate and oversee the use of our wellness therapies at our Sutton location. You will receive full training on how to safely and effectively manage our equipment and support clients throughout their treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and guide clients through HBOT, Cryotherapy, Far Infrared Sauna, and Light Therapy treatments
2. Provide a warm, welcoming, and reassuring environment for clients
3. Offer clear instructions and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety
4. Work with individuals managing chronic health conditions, pain, or physical health challenges, demonstrating care and patience
5. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all equipment and treatment areas
6. Keep accurate records of client sessions and report any concerns or observations on the treatment tracker
7. Be punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service
8. Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and answer any questions they may have

7. Experience: Previous experience in a health, wellness, or customer service role is beneficial but not required—full training will be provided
