Overview

Be a Part of Something Uncommonly Good

At Noodles & Company, our mission is to nourish and inspire every team member, guest, and community we serve. We’re hiring restaurant Team Members to join our back-of-house (BOH) crew as cooks.

We craft more than bowls of noodles – we create moments that bring people together. Whether it’s preparing a perfectly sautéed dish, contributing to the energy of a vibrant team, or delivering smiles through great service, every detail matters.

If you’re ready to bring your passion, deliver big-hearted service, and grow with a team that values you, apply today! After your interview, we’ll treat you to a free meal (up to $10 value) – because every great connection starts with great food.

Why Choose Noodles & Company?

We don’t just offer a job; we offer a place to thrive – with fresh-made meals every shift, flexible schedules, and perks that go beyond the plate:

  • Competitive pay plus tips
  • Flexible schedules for part-time or full-time needs
  • Ability to get your pay early if needed
  • Meal and lifestyle discounts
  • Tuition assistance and scholarships
  • Recognition programs to celebrate your achievements
  • Free mental health, legal, and financial resources to support your well-being
  • Medical & pharmacy, dental, vision, and pet insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match and stock purchase discounts
  • Leadership development programs to fuel your growth with us
  • Free online Spanish and English courses
What You Bring to the Table

As a BOH Team Member, you’ll help create an uncommonly good experience for every guest by:

  • Showcasing your culinary skills by prepping our famous dishes and cooking to order. No experience with a sauté pan? Don’t worry – we’ll provide the training you need!
  • Ensuring every dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation in mind.
  • Developing and refining your culinary techniques through hands-on training.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment where collaboration and communication are key.
  • Effectively managing multiple tasks to meet guest expectations in a timely manner.
  • Keeping the restaurant clean and organized, meeting food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrating dependability, positivity, and a can-do attitude to support your team and contribute to a great work environment.
  • Meeting the physical requirements of the role, which may include, but are not limited to, standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine restaurant tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Having the ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Having availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts is a plus.
  • Being at least 16 years old, making this an excellent opportunity for teens or anyone eager to gain new skills and jumpstart their career.
