What You'll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from kitchen to front of house.
Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high standards.
Be the face of the restaurant - engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage stock, budgets, and operational targets efficiently.
Uphold health & safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.

You will have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar Hospitality business.
