Restaurant Manager – Cumbria – Fine Dining Restaurant with Rooms – up to 50k

A Restaurant Manager is required in Cumbria for this fantastic award-winning restaurant with rooms.

Set in a gorgeous area, this restaurant has recently undergone complete redevelopment, and is a beautiful coming together of old and new. For this role it is essential that you have a high level restaurant background and have worked within a restaurant of at least 2AA Rosettes.

They are now looking for a talented and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire the team.

As Restaurant Manager you will:

1. Have a solid restaurant background of working within high level establishments.
2. Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele.
3. Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for the industry.
4. Be a hands-on restaurant manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service.
5. Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times.
