We are thrilled to announce a rare and exciting opportunity to lead a restaurant team in our Coppergate Kitchen restaurant in Fenwick York.

Working week: 40 hours per week

Advertised salary is not inclusive of a variable TRONC service charge allocation which will be paid on top of the advertised salary which will be an approx £7200 per annum bringing total earnings to approx £34,000 per year.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will enhance the customer experience through the strong leadership and coaching of the restaurant team, supporting them to deliver a lasting impression to every customer. Whilst developing your team and sharing your passion and knowledge for all things food and service, you will also ensure the smooth running of the full restaurant operation, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded and delivered on time. Just as we meticulously curate our fashion edit here at Fenwick, our stores boast a range of impressive restaurant offerings.

• Experience in managing a full-service restaurant is essential.
• Passionate about food with a flair for delivering excellent customer service through the strong leadership of the team.
• Experience in coaching and developing a team, sharing your knowledge.
• A strong team player within a wider management team.
• Innate attention to detail and the ability to make commercial decisions.
• An experienced professional who is adaptable, approachable, and resilient.
