1. Competitive starting salary of £36k-£39k basic DOE (to reach the higher range you must have strong management experience within both food and wet sales and within a similar level of establishment).

Restaurant Manager Duties –

1. Driving sales (both food and wet).
2. Overseeing and managing daily operations.
3. Managing, motivating and developing your team to achieve an impeccable customer experience.
4. Always prioritising and maintaining the highest of standards across the board.

1. Proven Restaurant Management experience within a high quality environment.
